CHICKEN KORMA

Recipe

  • 1. Add 100 mls of water to 100 grams of Chicken Korma Spice Blend in a bowl to make a paste
  • 2. Fry the paste on medium heat in 3tbsp oil till fragrant (2-3 minutes). Add 1Kg chicken thigh fillets to the pot and cook till tender. This could take 15-20 minutes. Keep adding water as needed.
  • 3.Add 200 mls of thickened cream/yoghurt to finish.

Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Onion, Turmeric, Coriander, Sugar,
Garam Masala, Gluten Free and Food Colour (16255).
