CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA

Recipe

  • 1. Add 100 mls of water to 100 grams of Chicken Tikka masala Spice Blend in a bowl to make a paste.
  • 2. Fry the paste on medium heat in 3 tbsp oil till fragrant (2-3 minutes). Add 1Kg chicken thigh fillets, cut in pieces to the pan and cook till done.
  • 3. Add cubes of capsicum, tomatoes and onions and stir fry till done.

Garam Masala, Sugar,Food Colour (16255),Turmeric and Garlic
