FISH GOA CURRY MASALA

Recipe

  • 1.Mix one cup of water ( 300 mls) with Goan Fish Curry Mix and make a paste.
  • 2.Heat oil (3-5tbs) in a pot and fry the paste for 2-3 mins. Add water and Fish Chunks and then cook.
  • 3.Add coconut cream and cook till done.

Ingredients

Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Onion, Turmeric, Coriander, Fenugreek Powder and Garam Masala.
