1.Mix spices in one cup of water.Cut 1kg of mixed vegetables ( Potatoes, Cauliflower, Carrots, Peas, Beans,etc.) in pieces.
2.Heat oil in a pot and fry the paste 2-3 minutes.Add the mixed vegetable pieces and cook. Add water if required.
3.When vegetables are cooked, add 100 grams of Yoghurt and garnish with chopped fresh Corriander.
