1. Mix 100 grams of yoghurt with one tablespoon of Tandoori Masala. Mix in 100 mls of oil.
2. Add mixture to chicken or any other meat and marinate for a minimum of two hours or overnight.
3.Cook using either a non-stick frypan, grill or BBQ.Then garnish with chopped fresh corriander.
